Welcome to the Innovation You
personal assessment!
1. Personal
        Key questions about you
Consider the following questions in terms of how you - as an individual - personally approach opportunities and challenges.
Think about youself in the present and rank the alternatives based on the extent to which each reflects your personal beliefs and behaviors. In other
words, how do you approach personal objectives to achieve outcomes that are important to you?
Assign the numbers 1,2,3, or 4 to each statement according to which one is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th most like you right now (assign 1 for the statement most like you
and 4 for the statement least like you). For each of the six questions, the statements must be assigned a unique rank of 1,2,3 or 4 (no statement may be assigned the same number as another statement)

2. Communal
      Key questions about your community
Consider the following questions in terms of the culture and competencies of your community. Your community includes
those people around you that play a role in your personal innovation and growth challenge. For many challenges (including the deeply personal),
this community may be composed primary of family and friends. For other challenges, this community may be composed primarily of a work team
or collection of professional colleagues.
Think about this community today and rank the alternatives based on the extent to which each reflects that
community's beliefs and practices. In other words, how does this community approach objectives and achieve outcomes that
are important to the group?
Assign the numbers 1, 2, 3, or 4 to each statment according to which one is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th most like
that community right now (assign 1 for the statement most like that community and 4 for the statement least like that community).
As before, for each of the six questions, the statements must be assigned a unique rank of 1, 2, 3 or 4 (no statement may be assigned
the same number as another statement).

3. Universal
      Key questions about the world
Consider the following questions in terms of the situational forces at work in your world with respect to your
innovation challenge. Your context includes those circumstantial and environmental factors that play a role in your personal
innovation and growth challenge, in much the same way that weather can play a role in a journey. This context involves those factors
(beyond the personal and community) that are likely to bear on your pursuit of objectives and outcomes. Key contextual factors could
include such forces as economic conditions, long-standing patterns of behavior or the availability of certain resources. Although several may be relevant, keep the single most important context in
mind when completing this section.
Think about this context today and rank the alternatives based on the extent to which each reflects that context. In other words, how does
this context influence the pursuit of important objectives and outcomes?
Assign the numbers 1, 2, 3, or 4, to each statement according to which one is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th most like the challenge context right now (assign
1 for the statement most like the current context and 4 for the statement least like the current context). For each of the six questions, the statements
must be assigned a unique rank 1, 2, 3, or 4 (no statement may be assigned the same number as another statement).
